The Hospitality Supervisor Course is split into the following modules

Online Exams- Assessment
To assess the learner’s ability and knowledge to effective understand the topics contained within the Hospitality Supervisor Course, the course features a number of end of module interactive quiz questions.
Additionally, at the end of the HSC Course learners will also take an online multiple choice assessment test. This online multiple choice test is marked automatically so learners will receive an instant grade and know whether they have passed the course.
Certificate
On successful completion of this Hospitality Supervisor Course learners will receive a course completion Certificate from IAHA.
Your final grade in the IAHA HSC course will be computed based on the following criteria and weight distribution, for a total of 100%.
Grading Scale
Quizzes: 10%
Midterm Exam: 25%
Final Exam: 25%
Activities: 40% (Online discussions and skill builders make up this percentage)
Successful Completion and Issuance of IAHA Certificate
Your instructor will inform you of the required completion dates. In addition, please check your homepage and course page for additional announcements regarding examination schedules. After you have completed your final exam, your score will be computed automatically and your final score will be generated. If you get a passing score of 70%, you will have the opportunity to print your online IAHA HSC certificate.
Course Format - 100% Online
All courses are taken completely online, allowing students to take courses and learn from anywhere that you have internet access. Learn on your own time and pace so that you can make your own schedule. Print your certificate when you have completed the course.
Course Duration- 3 months
The online Hospitality Supervisor Course requires 60 hours to complete the course in full. This is only a guide to the learning hours required and it depends on how quickly an individual can absorb the information. The learning is online so it can be spread out over multiple sessions or done in one session.
Learners will have access to this course for up to 12 months from the date of joining. There is no time limit to complete the course during this period.
